Creatine supplementions effect on sleep and brain health

There have been a limited number of studies investigating the effects of creatine supplementation on brain function and sleep, and even fewer studies specifically examining the timing of creatine supplementation with respect to these outcomes. One study published in 2018 investigated the effects of creatine supplementation on sleep quality in healthy young men. Participants received either a placebo or creatine supplements (20 grams per day) for 7 days, and were instructed to take the supplements either in the morning or in the evening. The study found that creatine supplementation did not significantly affect sleep quality, and there were no differences in sleep quality between the morning and evening supplement groups. Ginger and green tea

To mitigate my cold I fall back to my old strategy with ginger. I already have a daily cup of green matcha tea . One of the unique polyphenols of green matcha tea (and green tea in general) is specifically  EGCG . As for Ginger , among the studied compounds of interest is gingerol . Both EGCG and gingerol have as well as green tea and ginger are interesting as well as their complete food macromolecular complex in green tea and ginger respectively with regard to their effect on health. I will look into these potential health effects over time and see if I learn anything. However. The effects I've read about for EGCG are manyfold. There the effects on brain heal
